The WellsFest Pet Parade begins at 9:30 a.m. near the entrance to the children's area of the festival. Parade entry is FREE and all participants receive a treat bag.  Prizes will be awarded for:

• Best Dressed
  
• Most Congenial
  
• Cutest
  

A blessing of the pets ceremony follows, and all participants will receive a St. Francis medal.

*All pet participants must be on leashes in accordance with city ordinances.
